Virtual Worlds 2007 is produced by Virtual Worlds Management, a

Show Initiative,
LLC, a leading producer of conferences and events.
Founded
in 2003 as The Game Initiative, Show
Initiative initially created and produced events for video game professionals,
including the industry leading Austin Game Conference focused on
massively multiplayer online games. In October 2006
The Game
Initiative successfully sold its portfolio of 10 game industry events
to CMP Technology and changed its name to Show Initiative, LLC to
better reflect the company's broader mission. Show Initiative launched
its Virtual Worlds Management division in November 2006 to focus on
the emerging market of Virtual Worlds. Show
Initiative, LLC is a portfolio company of
Sherman Ventures a holding company focused on creating
focused media, conference and tradeshow companies.
